Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Attain or exceed the subsidiary’s education sales quota by:
Identifying and closing end-to-end solution opportunities in major educational accounts.
Build relationships at the appropriate levels with key partners to jointly pursue and close large solution opportunities at enterprise accounts.
Build and manage a partner ecosystem comprising Academic Education Re-Sellers, System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors to effectively cover breadth opportunities across the country.
Establish and maintain regular dialogues with business decision makers and key influencers of academic institutions to create meaningful, trusted relationships and partnerships.
Collaborating with partners and marketing to identify trends and develop sales and promotional plans to increase company’s education revenue.
Track competitive activity and build plans to effectively counter it.
Build a network of influential supporters who will champion the use of our client’s technologies.
Key Requirements:
5-8 years in sales with successful track record in selling to enterprise accounts, and proven account management and business planning skills.
Previous experience in managing business partnerships with solution providers, or partners preferred.
Strong negotiation, written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with very senior executives.
Superior commitment to customer service.
Relevant sales experience within the Education industry will be an added advantage.
Degree in Marketing, Business or the equivalent preferred.
