Hotel and Resort .To support our activities, we re looking for highly motivated person to fill position:
PUBLIC RELATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- Develop personal relationship with all leading press members
- Invite and entertain press members on a regular basis
- Nurture all new press contacts
- Write press releases for all promotional activities
- Supply press with information and photographs about the hotel on a regular basis
- To obtain maximum exposure of the hotel on both radio and television
- Develop personal contact with leading radio and producers/ announcers
- To obtain maximum exposure of the hotel on both radio and television
- Develop personal contact with leading radio and producers/ announcers
- Write the monthly promotional newsletter
- Design the monthly special events poster
- Co-ordinate regular art exhibitions with local talent to give our international guests exposure to South African artists
- Co-ordination of a food and beverage promotion in each outlet each month
- Organizing displays and sponsorship
- Organizing entertainment and give - always
- Liaising with Chef and F&B Manager regarding menus
- Printing of all promotional material i.e. flyers and tent cards
- Designing of all promotional material
- Co-ordination and preparation of all Head Office functions
- Creating continual innovative and impacting promotions and displays
- Aim of promotion is to achieve public awareness with exposure to the maximum amount of people
- Preparation of an annual promotional plan including direction, aim and motivation of all activities
- Charitable involvement to create goodwill in the community
- Keeping the hotel in the public eye at all times, maintaining a top level image and strengthening the loyalty of the local community
- Promotion to be cost effective and valuable public relations
- Represent the hotel at functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or female max 40 Years Old
- Minimum diploma of Public Relation or Hospitality
- Minimum 5 years experience in same position
- Good English oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to stay in Berastagi, Sumatera Utara
