Your main responsibilities include :
Act as an intermediary between Field Sales and Brand Marketing to :
Deliver/ execute channel plans designed to maximize volume, share and profit while supporting the overall Brand Strategy.
Support effective sales strategies and tactics to enable field sales team to execute company/brand strategies in order to ensure successful roll out of our products and effective promotions
Build strong knowledge base of top retail customers philosophies, strategies and tactics by consulting with brand teams to ensure key customers needs are met
Manage the day-to-day business as it relates to analyzing trade marketing data, executing marketing programs and customer promotions
Therefore he will work closely with marketing, sales, consumer insights, and brand/product marketing, and also be Partner with all cross-functional teams at HCO accounts
Requirements :
Male/ Female , 27 – 32 years old
Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
Min. 2 years experiences in Trade Marketing in FMCG related business - channeling and marketing
Experience in handling Trade Marketing activities including promotion implementation & support product development activites
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Able to communicate in English and computer literate (min. Ms Office application)
Able to work independently and as a team player
Willing to travel throughout Indonesia
