The Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales
• Prepare and negotiate advertising contracts with the bank, magazine, newspaper, supplier and landlord.
• Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, and media
• Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns
• Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff and customers.
• Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a sales campaign team to advance sales campaign goals.
• Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for the company.
• Overall responsible to achieve effective & excellent promotion and  achieving sales target

Requirements:

1. A minimum 2-5 years experience in similar position in the retail fashion business.
2. Graduated with a bachelor degree from reputable university
3. luent in written & spoken English
4. Posses excellent knowledge & skills in :

• Promotion, Sales & Marketing and Public Relation
• Computer knowledge

5. Excellent in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Able to multi task and juggle multiple deadlines
