Position Summary:

  • To secure customer orders for AKG products & services through a selling approach that focuses on providing customers solutions that add value to their respective businesses.
  • Promote and sell AKG products to Retail Bearings Market.
  • Achieve the sales target.
  • Monitor collection to ensure customer pay on the schedule.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Increase profitability and market share by value base selling of AKG bearings within Indonesia. The major time element of this responsibility is in the development and then maintenance of customer relationship, which encompasses the total scope of our product and services.
  • Achieve the annual sales objective of the business set by Corporation.
  • Drive AKG product and technology leadership by developing and recommending new product ideas as well as feature improvements to existing products.
  • Penetrate competitive accounts through aggressive and creative strategies and monitor competitive activities.
  • Increase market perception of AKG by collaborating with and expanding the dealer organization.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanics, or related majors.
  • At least 2 years related working experience in the industrial sales.
  • Having knowledge of bearings will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on type of person with a sound business and technical understanding of bearing products, and a general knowledge on the product application.
  • Fluency in English.
