Job Descriptions:

 

The Business Solutions Professional (based in Indonesia) executes sales leadership and demonstrates proficiency in identifying business solution opportunities that combine GBS capabilities with our services, labor, assets, hardware and software products and ISV partner offerings to sell our business solutions that have been defined by S&D/GBS industry leaders. Qualifies business solution opportunities, helps the partner in closing the deal, leveraging all our advantages. Distributes related qualified opportunities to other Brands. Targets select business solutions and focuses on a defined market area and/or list of target accounts. Takes direction from the S&D/GBS industry leaders.

 

Teams with GBS Partners and the S&D account team when pursuing opportunities with assigned clients and works collaboratively with IGS to anticipate craft and define innovative business solutions. When involved with opportunities with clients not assigned a GBS Partner, provides direct sales leadership in the opportunity identification stages. Facilitates executive relationships with clients who require GBs services for the business solution they represent, demonstrates sales, negotiation, organizational, business and professional skills and has primary responsibility for the success of the selected business solutions within the accounts they target. Identifies and qualifies business solution opportunities, leverages all the advantages, engages the appropriate GBS resources to gain client commitment to proposed solutions. Has a thorough understanding of the assigned business solution, GBS and other IGS service capabilities that surround those solutions and is knowledgeable of our technology products that work with the solutions. Work with the GBS partner to help bring the opportunity to closure, ensuring maximum revenue results for the business solution. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Communications industry experience
  • At least 5 years experience in Consulting and selling experience
  • At least 5 years experience in Implement Consultative Selling
  • English - Fluent
