Our client, a MNC, is one of the largest confectionery companies in the world is seeking talented, motivated individuals to join their teams.

Job Responsibilities:
-    Conduct daily fieldworks of Panel Distribution / Freshness in Jakarta (and other cities when necessary)
-    Visit to different areas of Jakarta according to pre-determined schedule on daily basis
-    Locate the sample retail outlets according to pre-set criteria
-    Conduct audit and competitors’ products and collect other marketing information inside the sample stores outlets
-    Maintain good communications with Hong Kong office
-    Might be required to travel to other areas in Indonesia to conduct store audit
-    Conduct fieldworks for other projects according to management instructions when needs arise.

Requirements:
-    Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Marketing or relevant field
-    Min. 2 years experience as Field Salesperson / FMCG Merchandiser / Research Fieldworker
-    Previous experience in food or confectionery industry will be advantageous
-    Good command of spoken and written English
-    Good communication and interpersonal skills
-    Excellent knowledge of Jakarta, well-versed with street names and places.
-    Familiar with FMCG retail outlets
-    Detailed oriented
-    Able to work independently
-    Highly motivated with a dynamic character
