Duties:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Dealing with all aspects of a campaign
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue
  • Leading and training other members of the account team
  • Managing the work of business executives
  • Leading project management activity
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
  • Building a 'territory'
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Delivering sales presentations and attending client meetings
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Completing administrative work, as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Communication, Marketing or any related major.
  • Sound knowledge of the local market environment.
  • Responsible, discipline and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in implementing and managing large projects.
  • Strong analytical skill in providing concept/suggestions/solutions to clients.
  • Working understanding of all facets of sales and marketing activities and ongoing client management.
  • Extensive knowledge of design methodologies and best practices and good understanding on how to assist client in solving their business problems.
  • Drive for results (i.e.) a clear focus on delivering against sales target and must be a self-starter / motivated and work on their own initiative.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to network and build relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills.
  • Energetic, passionate and innovative.
  • Team player is a must.
