Requirement :


Job function:

  • Developing and executing plans and strategies in order to achieve sales target.
  • Review dealers network and continually improve their performance.
  • Controlling and managing operational budgets, and accordingly upholding continuous improvements in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handling any concerns with customers and dealers.
  • Exercising regular market visit and evaluate market share, and at the sometimes, analyzing competitor activities.
  • Preparing regular reports on the performance and market condition under his/her responsibility, supported with sufficient analytical data as well as required counter measures.

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree from top university.
  • Excellent academic performance.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing areas.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership in previous assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a group setting.- Good selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
