One our core initiatives is organizing the region’s most prestigious award – The Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award @ APEA. APEA recognizes entrepreneurial excellence and achievement by entrepreneurs and individuals in the region. We believe that through APEA we would create a network of successful entrepreneurs in the region that will become a great voice to help us achieve our fundamentals.




 

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be assigned a country-operation to manage. You will spearhead the development of Asia Pacific’s Entrepreneurship Awards at the local chapter. Simply put, you will be the key owner to the success of this entire program.

 

In this role:

  • You will report to the Executive Director of Enterprise Asia.
  • You will work independently to support the operations of the Awards in the assigned countries.
  • You will have the responsibility in ensuring a smooth flow of the entire process. This begins with the nomination process till the installation of awards.
  • You will be the lead promoter and champion of the Awards in the assigned country, and will be responsible for the sustainability and credibility of the Awards.
  • You will actively seek out potential partners, sponsors and vendors to support the Awards financially.
  • You will deliver the expected number of nominations, financial sponsorship, media coverage and other KPIs as determined by the Executive Committee and/or the Executive Director

REWARDS:

You will receive a performance based package which comprises a basic and allowance plus performance linked package - potential earnings can range from USD 1,500 to USD 5,000.

We are looking for a natural leader and communicator. Someone with a flair for ideas. knowledge, passion and people skill to see the project to completion. You are expected to approach your work with highest degree of entrepreneurialism.

  • Accountability: Not a clock-watcher but a passion to get things done
  • Can Do: Not one to shy from responsibility under seemingly impossible tasks but ask “How to?” vs. “Why so?”
  • Versatility: Deals confidently with people at all levels and all backgrounds - from junior officers to CEOs of MNCs.

** Be warn, that you may be expected to work round-the-clock when such need arise and travel across the world if called upon.

 

Additional requirements:

You should have a good degree and no less than 2 years of solid experience working in a cross-cultural team.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Indonesia citizens or hold relevant residence status.
