Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensuring a good project management by scheduling tasks, milestones, deadlines, reporting latest update & action plan for all departments involved.
- Coordinate with all departments involved regarding clients’ expectations.
- Monitoring and preparing comprehensive reports regarding the development of each project.
- Preparing presentations in accordance with clients’ needs.
- Preparing Minutes of Meeting after every meeting with clients.
- Ensuring that clients’ questions are being answered and followed up accordingly.
- Maintaining a good relationship with clients.
Job Requirements: - S1 with min GPA of 3.0.
- Min 3 years of experience in project management.
- Great interpersonal skills and positive attitude in dealing with people.
- Excellent presentation & networking skills.
- Creative, innovative and resourceful.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in written & spoken English.
- Ability to use own initiative and capable of working independently.
- Superior analytical skills and result-oriented.
- Meticulous & highly organised with a strong drive to succeed.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
