FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

SCOPE OF WORK:  

 

To play a significant role in developing the Bancassurance business with designated Banks and its branches.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Understand and then take ownership for the delivery of the Bank annual sales, business and marketing plans.

·         Train, develop and motivate the branch sales staff to produce the business volumes required.

·         Continually seek to identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training.

·         Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results.

·         Understand all contests operating in all banks in order that good ideas/successful contests are shared.

·         Coordinate and work closely with the bank’s branch managers to assist them in their individual and branch targets.

·         Proficient in oral and written English.
