Join our client, a EUROPEAN Multinational Company-based Fast Moving Consumer Goods, currently has immediate vacancy for young and committed person for: Area Sales Manager (Jakarta Based) Responsibilities: · Plan and monitor distributor development team activities towards achieving agreed business · Develop and keep updated distributor plans and provide regular reporting/update distributor performance · Develop existing distributor · Generate profitable negotiations with customers in favor of sales result and brand visibility · Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant report · Work together with trade marketing team in developing distribution activation/merchandising plan and make sure plans are implemented carefully Requirements: · Female / Male max 35 years old · Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG (trade marketing & sales areas especially Modern Market) , experience with Key Account is preferred · Degree holder and fluent in English (verbal and written) is a MUST · Strong leadership, independent, self-motivated, detailed oriented as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills · Teamwork oriented with excellent analytical and planning skills · Good project management capabilities Please send your comprehensive curriculum vitae with picture (not more than 100kb) with the subject : ASM to email: rosy@peoplesource-solutions.com If you are karir-lowongan-pegawai.blogspot Member, click Quick Apply button below
