A lubricant manufacturer & exclusive distributor in Indonesia, intend to have strong Indonesian


(local) distribution and sales, increase sales and increase market share, deeper penetration of existing and new products, channels. We are looking for the key person to achieve the above objectives:




Main Responsibilities:

  1. To cover the targeted markets/distribution channels with targeted products.
  2. To intensify the penetration of the targeted markets with targeted products. With acceptable constrain.
  3. Give input on what the customers want, (products, design, etc)

By:

  1. Getting information mainly from marketing department and take corrective action.
  2. Grooming quality of agents and distribution channels (existing and potential), and maintaining good and effective relation with them.
  3.  Having effective sales distribution, incentive, financial/collection and logistic system.
  4. Proposed & Implement effective sales program plan.

General Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in related field, preferable in lubricant manufacturer
  2. Male/Female, max. 45 years old. S1 degree from reputable university.
