 FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities of this role include

 

  • Provide specific support to the sales and retail organization.
  • Develop the service channel as an ancillary sales channel.
  • Development and implementation of both B2C and B2B service products.
  • Represent in cross functional retention programs.
  • Able to develop project management (systems roll-out and management)
  • Develop and implement awareness program
  • On-line support

 

Deliverables

 

  • Feedbacks from all sales channels
  • Direct Sales through the service channel network.
  • Sales & development of consumer focused service products through retail and channels.
  • Sales & development of business focused service products to corporate customers.
  • Handle retention activities.
  • Implementation of related projects

 

Individual Portfolio

·         Typically 4-6 years relevant experience - at least 3 years

·         Experience in customer service and sales operation.

Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
