FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

We are looking at someone with great knowledge, experience and stamina.

  • Manage the activities of the sales team and third parties to ensure the sale of products, and the achievement of short and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop business plans and contribute to the development of sales and expense budgets for the sales team and a network of distributors.
  • Develop and implement business initiatives to achieve distributor's profitability targets.
  • Negotiate customer credit limit and terms, and manage accounts receivables.
  • Ensure every business negotiation is made with regard to customer needs and requirement.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis of business achievements, opportunities and targets.
  • Develop business partnerships with distributors by giving recommendation, training, and improvement as needed to extend and develop the company's customer and profit base.
  • Responsible for the development and recruitment of field sales team.
  • Develop sales forecasts incorporating market data, competitor and opportunities analysis.
  • Ensure that the sales team and the network of distributors maintain a sound knowledge of J&J products by assisting with the provision of, product training, product upgrade demonstrations and sales demonstrations.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the company's distributor and profit base.
  • Build and establish strong in-store presence of brand/product.
  • Ensure inventory availability in distributors/customers according to the service level agreement.
  • Ensure that sales and marketing initiatives comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
  • Create initiatives to improve business process and overall working procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the unit.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • S1 Degree from Any Discipline
  • 5-7 Years Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies
  • Strong communication skills spoken & written (English compulsory)
  • Making Trade Plans to increase sales volume
  • Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
  • Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
  • Willing to work in the tough environment (result oriented)
