FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Develop Product Brand
  • Deliver and realize target sales value 
  • Focus and deliver on time launch both for NPDs and promotion support
  • Conduct Market and Product Research Analysis (against competitors, opportunities, recommendations)
  • Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, and competition)
  • Develop and monitor Marketing Management tools (Marketing Plan) – Advertising & Consumer Promotion Plan for both new and existing products
  • Budget handling

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

  • S1 Degree in Marketing
  • Handling Personal Care product
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Brand Manager.
  • Strong in Sales and Marketing strategic thinking and knowledge
  • Has experience in handling brand management e.g. product launch, research, and budget
  • Detail oriented
  • Cheerful, easy going, and extrovert
  • Fluent in English Language (both written and spoken) is a must
